Summary This paper examines the problems of the disabled persons discrimination. 1. The disabled persons discrimination does not originate in themself, but it generated by society. 2. For the liberation of the disabled persons, the thought of "normalization" is important in addition to those of full participation and equality. 3. I am opposed to the so-called "Thory of Development". 4. The Appendix is my "historical document" written during the discussion with many students (1982).
